Roofana Warranty Policy Outline

This should cover what's protected, for how long, and how to make a claim. Since Roofana is the platform (not the installer), the warranty has two layers: the manufacturer's material warranty and Roofana's workmanship guarantee.

Section 1 — Overview. Roofana stands behind every roof. Every installation comes with dual protection: a manufacturer warranty on materials and a Roofana workmanship guarantee on labor and installation quality.

Section 2 — Workmanship Guarantee. Roofana guarantees all labor and installation quality for 5 years from the date of completion. This covers defects in installation technique, improper flashing, incorrect nail patterns, ventilation issues, and any failure caused by installer error. If a problem arises from how the roof was installed, Roofana will send a licensed crew to repair it at no cost.

Section 3 — Manufacturer Material Warranty. Material warranties vary by package tier. The Economy tier includes a 15-year labor and material guarantee. The Signature tier includes a 35-year labor and material guarantee plus a lifetime manufacturer warranty from GAF. The Premium tier includes a lifetime labor, material, and guarantee plus a lifetime manufacturer warranty from GAF. All manufacturer warranty terms are governed by the shingle manufacturer's published warranty documentation, which is provided to the homeowner upon warranty registration.

Section 4 — What's Covered. Manufacturing defects in shingles, underlayment, or ridge caps. Premature granule loss, cracking, or curling under normal conditions. Wind damage up to the rated wind speed of the installed product. Algae staining resistance (where applicable by product). Installation defects including leaks, improper ventilation, flashing failures, and nail pop-through.

Section 5 — What's Not Covered. Damage caused by hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, falling trees, or other acts of nature beyond the product's rated specifications. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, foot traffic, antenna installation, or satellite dish mounting after completion. Normal wear and aging consistent with the product's expected lifespan. Damage resulting from failure to maintain gutters, drainage, or ventilation systems. Issues arising from pre-existing structural problems not identified during the original installation. Cosmetic variations in shingle color or texture that do not affect performance.

Section 6 — Transferability. The Signature and Premium tier warranties are fully transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold. The transfer must be initiated within 60 days of the property closing date by contacting Roofana. The Economy tier warranty is non-transferable.

Section 7 — How to File a Claim. Contact Roofana via email at [email protected] or call (414) 404-7663. Provide your warranty number (found in your customer dashboard), a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Roofana will dispatch a licensed inspector within 5 business days to assess the issue. If the claim is approved, Roofana will coordinate and cover the repair at no cost to the homeowner.

Section 8 — Limitations. Roofana's total liability under the workmanship guarantee is limited to the original contract price of the roof installation. Warranty service is performed by Roofana's network of licensed and insured installers. Response times may vary based on weather conditions and geographic location.
